Choose this level if you're new to detoxing and/or if your current diet relies heavily on packaged, processed foods. This option is also good for those self-proclaimed "sugar addicts". It's a basic introduction to plant-forward, vegan eating (incorporating lots of leafy greens, healthy fats, gluten-free grains, and plant-based protein sources such as lentils and chickpeas).

  • Level Two (Intermediate) $127

This level is for someone who's already done at least one seasonal, whole foods reset and wants to step it up. Choose this plan if your diet is already free from processed foods and you feel your blood sugar is stable or if you've done Level One with us in the past. For this program, we remove the grains and legumes too (focusing instead on lots of leafy greens, cruciferous vegetables, smoothies + juices, healthy fats, and root vegetables.

  • Refresh + 1:1 Coaching Session $277

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if I really need this?  

A Seasonal Refresh is for you if:  

  • You reach for a can of diet soda and a candy bar when the clock hits 3:00 PM.
  • You know you want to eat better, but you’re just not sure where to start.
  • You usually eat pretty well, but find yourself craving the opportunity to lighten up this spring.
  • You want to find out how to feed your body for real instead of following another fad diet.
  • You know things need to change, but you also know you need some support and guidance to get healthy the right way.

Am I going to be starving all week? 

Nope! This isn't about counting calories or limiting the amount of food you consume. During these 5 days, we're simply removing all the junk from your diet and reseting with whole, real food. If you're hungry, eat! It's so important to listen to your body and learn how to fuel it properly. 

What is plant-based? Is this a vegan meal plan?  

Yes. Neither of us are against incorporating animal protein and seafood into our diets or that of our clients. However, we feel a 100% plant-based diet is the best way to reset when the seasons shift. Meat, seafood, and eggs can be harder for our bodies to process and digest - and we want to give ourselves a break! Also, we feel plant-based eating is the easiest way to get as much nutrient-rich bang for your buck in the shortest amount of time. Because five days goes by fast. 

Can you break down the difference between Level One and Level Two?  

Sure thing! 

We consider Level One a basic introduction to plant-heavy vegan eating (incorporating lots of leafy greens, healthy fats, gluten-free grains, and plant-based protein sources such as lentils and chickpeas). 

Level Two kicks it up a notch where we remove the grains and legumes too (focusing on lots of leafy greens, cruiciferous vegetables, smoothies / juices, healthy fats, and root vegetables. If you've done our Level One program before, then we definitely encourage you to give Level Two a shot!

What if don't want (or more likley won't have the time) to cook all of the recipes? 

First of all, Erin worked very hard to make sure these recipes are simple and easy to prepare so you won't feel overwhelmed or a slave to your kitchen. We encourage you to try at least a few of the recipes so you get in the habit of preparing whole, fresh foods at home. 

But, we also get it, and we've got you covered with our Eating Out Guide as well as a list of favorite meal delivery services in the local NYC area and nationally. 

Why do this anyway? Don’t our bodies already know how to cleanse?  

In theory yes, but we live in a toxic world (especially us city dwellers) and we’re exposed to pollutants on a daily basis, whether it’s pesticides in our food, fumes from traffic, or even toxic materials used to make our computers, phones, and beauty products.  

Our bodies can only handle so much toxic input at a time, and when we get overloaded, we often experience negative symptoms like headaches, irritability, belly fat, bloating, breakouts, fatigue, and so much more. 

This week is about controlling what we can in our environment through foods that naturally boost our body’s detoxification systems. 

Okay, I'm interested, but will this actually work for me?  

We know there are a lot of “detoxes” out there promising to be a miracle cure and most of them are BS. (We know beacause we've tried them!)

This program is different because it focuses on introducing lots of healthy, nutrient-dense foods into your diet rather than restricting you to certain foods or shakes. PLUS, you’ll learn the tools for how to change your habits long term, which is something you can take with you well beyond the five days. 

You will feel a difference by the end of the week, but of course, we can’t expect absolute miracles in 5 days. This is why we're also offering the optional private session - letting you take your detox to the next level with personal 1:1 coaching.
